The location is great, right by the Dead Sea, and walking down you can see information boards about the sea level years ago. The pools and gym on site are nice, breakfasts are good, and the room is spacious. The air‑conditioning in the room smelled damp, clearly the filters hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Some reception staff were quite unpleasant and unhelpful. It was also disappointing that we had to pay extra for drinking water, which isn’t standard for a 4‑star hotel; even guest houses in Jordan offer unlimited free water. Toiletries were very limited—no hair conditioner or body lotion, which is basic for a 4‑star hotel. I mentioned it to reception but they sent me to the souvenir shop to buy something.
