The staff were helpful. However, the TV never worked; we asked a staff member to fix it, he came but never returned. Hot water required staff to turn on the geyser each time. Soap was only foam bath, the bedsheets had lost their white color and were below expectations, and only one towel was provided. Fresh milk was not available, which is an issue for guests who prefer it over powdered milk with tea or coffee. When we asked for Weet-Bix for the kids, it was mixed with water instead of milk; milk should be supplied with Weet-Bix, especially for children. These problems need to be addressed to improve guest comfort.

The room’s design could have been great, but none of the hot tubs worked. Because the water came from a JoJo tank, we had to request water to be turned on whenever we needed to flush the toilet or shower. Breakfast was ordinary, and most staff were impolite. We switched rooms three times and still didn’t get a hot tub experience, which was the main reason for booking.

The reception looked nice and they let us check in early. The location and surroundings feel unsafe and not child‑friendly. Our room had a horrible smell, like a wet mat or smelly feet. The bedding didn’t match the pictures; we booked the family room, but all three beds had different duvets in multiple colours that looked old and unhygienic. We left, booked another place, and were told we couldn’t get a refund because we had already checked in. We’re fine losing the money rather than staying there with our children. I would not recommend this place.

The place is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were very welcoming. Nothing else to add.
