Pousada Floripamar II

The location near the beach and the centre of Ingleses was the difference maker. There are many shopping options nearby. The information was clear; I brought swimwear, bedding and cleaning items because of the notices in the listing and previous reviews. The apartment was delivered in good cleaning condition, yet the next day I cleaned again with the products I had brought. I had freedom to come and go. Easy and secure access via TAG. The host was receptive and attentive throughout the stay. The place matches the photos. It has compact kitchen items in good condition and in sufficient quantities. We really liked the stay and will return another time. I suggest adding a support for bathroom hygiene items. Other than that, everything is perfect. I recommend.

“PREOCUPACION POR EL VEHICULO CON EL QUE TENIAMOS QUE VOLVER 2000 KM”

Location. Upon arrival there was no parking space for my vehicle (truck); we had to leave it on the street (double lane, narrow, parked in both lanes) for 10 days with the fear that something might happen, even though we had to drive 2000 km back to our province. When we booked we looked at all the images that describe the accommodation and there was no warning with the red images describing the parking issue on the Booking site (now they do appear!), with a “NEW PHOTO” description on all the recently added red images. Upon arrival we could not cancel the reservation. In the PDF sent by Booking it says “Hotel conditions: Parking. There is free private parking at the property. No reservation needed.” The mattress was covered in plastic, uncomfortable due to the noise it makes when you move, waking you up during sleep!

“Ótimo atendimento e boa localização”

We liked the beds, very comfortable, and the host’s service, which was super friendly, polite and quick—great service! We also liked the location of the accommodation, everything close by. We liked the garage and access (electronic gate with security and lock), the blackout curtains, the little balcony in the room that is very useful, and the drying racks that help a lot. There is good ventilation in the room. We could have had more cutlery; there were only two knives for four people. A shelf in the bathroom for cosmetics would be useful. The bathroom sink is extremely low! And the gutter in the ceiling of the room is peeling paint off the ceiling, giving a nasty look right above where we sleep, right in the direction of the head. These are simple things that can be fixed and would give much more comfort and a sense of well‑being.

“Caro para una miseria. Si cobra dos pesos puede andar...”

Nothing, the location could be. And that’s it. The value for money is terrible. Too expensive for what it offers. No toilet paper is provided. No soap. No place to put soap or a toothbrush, the TV didn’t work, we were given a tiny one without a remote. We were supposed to arrive punctually at 14:00, but the day before check‑out they already asked what time we were leaving. So if 10 am is the check‑out, why do they care what time we leave? Just let us know and that’s it. The place is cramped for a family of two adults and two children, it doesn’t give a beach towel or anything, it lacks the minimum comforts to enjoy. The accommodation and service are extremely mediocre. The photos don’t show how miserable the place is. I don’t recommend it unless there’s no other option. I did it because I wanted to be close to a friend’s family I rented nearby in advance. Repeating, if they charge two pesos there’s no drama, but they charge so much that it’s miserable.

“Ruim”

The location was great and I could come and go whenever I wanted, plus the parking was safe. The place was filthy – the bathroom and toilet were dirty, the bed smelled like urine, and the fridge was moldy and covered in grime. The price didn’t match what was offered; the site looked okay but was very neglected. The curtains were torn and didn’t block light. I feel obliged to write this review because I use the app a lot and have always been well served. The air‑conditioning was noisy, and a pipe over the gutter dripped all night.
