The location was solid and the building looked good, but the plumbing blew up and flooded our room. We had to take showers at a friend's hotel, and when the water burst we couldn’t find another place because the whole area was booked.

Spot was clean and comfy, and Maicon was super attentive – always there when we needed something.

The ad said there was parking and breakfast, but neither existed. My car had to stay on the street, and we never got a breakfast. The room was dirty, no toilet paper, and the sheets were filthy. The area felt a bit unsafe, so overall it was a terrible stay.
