Breakfast was tasty, varied, and well‑restocked, giving a fresh feel each time, but the dining area was crowded and noisy, and we didn’t realize we could sit outside. In room 001, a ventilation fan or similar ran late into the evening, but it was off by morning, making it very quiet.

The rooms were bright, friendly, and practical, the entrance had been modernised and felt very welcoming, and the breakfast was good; the staff were courteous, helpful, solution‑oriented, and tolerant.

The location right on the forest was great, and the outdoor area for kids offered plenty of play options; the free parking in front of the door was convenient. The staff were all nice, and the newly renovated rooms in a Maritim style looked good. The rooms were very clean. The hallway was still very noisy after 10 pm, and the rooms were quite sound‑prone. Breakfast was okay but not outstanding. For other meals I couldn’t book a table on short notice (at check‑in, 2 hours before service) for one adult and one child, which was a bit inflexible, so we ate out. The room was small but sufficient for one night. At departure you have to remove your own bedding and towels and take them to the laundry, which isn’t ideal. All these small inconveniences made the price‑performance ratio feel off compared to other accommodations.

Breakfast and location were fantastic. As a family with kids it was great; the house was full and everyone had fun. “Didn’t like it” was a misstatement – I expected that I might not sleep well because teens would arrive late to their rooms and toddlers would play on the hallway before 7 am if the parents didn’t take them out. That’s fine, as adolescents need their own spaces. I just happened to need a place at the last minute because all other options were booked, so everything was okay.
