“Um chalé agradável e confortável”
The location is very good, close to Avenida Monte Verde. Because it isn’t on that avenue, the chalets stay quiet all day. The view of the forest is beautiful and it’s close to Villaleta. Breakfast is served in the room and is very tasty. Every day the chalets are cleaned well. The staff who take care of the chalets are very attentive and friendly, always trying to please. In our room there was a large jacuzzi for two and a fireplace that made the cold nights in Serra da Mantiqueira feel nice. It was a very pleasant experience. We were worried our baby might disturb other guests, but the chalets are well isolated and we had no problems with that. We had nothing we didn’t like. As an improvement, I think the place could have some leisure areas, like a hammock, for example. For us the lack of a pool was not a bother, but I think it would be very interesting for those traveling with children.
