The first thing you notice at the entrance is the amazing, pleasant scent. Everything is aesthetic and well arranged. The staff are lovely. Thanks to Mari and Luis. The location is excellent – right next to the HKRI mall with the flagship store of Louis Vuitton. The central metro station has three lines. It can be described as a boutique hotel – 111 rooms. It wasn’t crowded during Golden Week. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so there is no review. The bar is excellent with professional mixologists. There is a huge pool – we didn’t use it. We didn’t go to the gym or spa, so I have no comments on those. The stay ended. The showers are transparent, so there is no privacy between the bedroom/living area and the shower.

The location, the very welcoming and friendly staff, a beautiful and spacious room, and everything is arranged so you feel comfortable. I recommend it without hesitation and will return. There was a noise problem in the room due to a defective air conditioner, but Lewis, my contact, responded quickly and effectively.

The accommodation has an extraordinary location. The rooms are fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could need. The staff’s service is fabulous, especially Nifty who was attentive at all times and even gifted us the breakfast on the last day for our honeymoon. 100 % recommendable.
