I really liked the accommodation. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the shower worked well. The owner is very friendly and available for questions. Breakfast is super tasty. The location is good for the harbor, beaches, and the city center. The internet worked very well. It’s a bit louder in the morning, but that didn’t bother me.

We had a very pleasant stay that helped us recover from travel sickness. We were greeted warmly, and everything was made as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is truly authentically delicious! Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy as much as we would have liked. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, though simple. The air‑conditioning and fan setup are great for the excellent value. We’d love to come back! The morning traffic noise wasn’t a problem for us because we appreciated being close to the harbor, but you should be prepared for it.

After confirming my booking, the hotel told me three weeks later that they couldn’t give me a room, showing total irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. They failed to communicate or give any notice, forcing me to scramble for last‑minute accommodation. I asked for help finding another place, but they ignored my request entirely. Guest satisfaction is zero, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The boat was huge and well kept, with life jackets in the right sizes for our 1‑ and 4‑year‑olds. We sat on the upper deck on a wide cushion that was perfect for the kids, better than the seats. Around noon we were given an even wider cushion in the middle of the boat so our little one could sleep in the shade. The staff were consistently attentive, and the captain himself was very observant—when our child fell, he immediately arranged something cool. The crew were friendly, approached everyone individually, and used charts to explain the animals we saw. The meal included breakfast (sandwich with fried egg, salad, cucumber, tomato, coconut pancakes, sausages, banana, and tea), and on request we could get more. Later there was a fruit bowl with melon and pineapple, and at the end a coconut roti with jam or spicy sauce and cold cola. Water was freely available from large dispensers. We didn’t see any whales, but we saw countless dolphins (three species). They swam right in front of or beside the boat, and the kids loved watching and searching for them. The captain made sure not to scare the animals and steered so everyone, no matter which side, could see something. From the lower deck you could see the animals right in front of you. It was simply beautiful! The 30‑minute break to swim in the sea wasn’t really needed, since I stayed on board with the little one, but the others, including our older child, clearly enjoyed jumping from the deck into the water.
