“Bad experience”

Awful. Elevator to work, clean room

Grady4 weken geleden

“Horrible.”

Nothing. Everything was dirty. Pee stains all over everything. Hair in and on everything. Hair in the gravy at breakfast! Had to switch rooms cause the first one was so dirty. Mold on ceilings. Hot tub didn’t work. Smelt like sewage in first floor. Alexa was nice though.

“This was hands-down, the worst experience in a hotel room from the lobby to our room.”

I guess the space of the room?. First of all the elevator wasn’t working. The water pressure wasn’t working in our hotel room sink. There was water leaked out everywhere by the AC unit. The carpet was soaked in our room. It was terrible. There was a strange smell, almost like cats had been there, in the hallway outside our room. The breakfast was extremely limited. They were literally only eggs, some biscuits and Texas shaped waffles for warm food. It was just a poor, poor experience, and I have never had such low quality in a hotel room my

“Worst experience, upon arrival to our room the bathroom was dirty, the faucet in the restroom was broken to where you wo”

The location is good. The overall stay experience was the worst; we usually love staying here, but this time it was just a terrible stay and experience.
