The room was comfortable for sleeping and relaxing, surprisingly spacious, and the towels and bed smelled nice. I spent 30 minutes searching for parking because I didn’t realize the hotel was inside another building; arriving at night made the area feel dead and a bit scary, so clearer directions would help. Parking was paid. The rooms seemed a bit old, but still comfortable.

The room offered a great view, but the parking cost was too high.

The room is nice, but the parking situation was confusing: we were charged RM33 for one night (Friday check‑in, Saturday check‑out) and there was no free or flat‑rate parking for hotel guests. The hotel’s claim that a season pass could be obtained through a third‑party service is not helpful, especially when we only stayed one or two nights; season passes are usually monthly. At 11 am the cleaner tried to open the door, even though checkout is at 12 pm, which was shocking and disappointing; the hotel should train staff not to disturb guests until checkout. The lobby lacks air conditioning and follows an open‑air concept, which feels less exclusive than the photos show.
