Breakfast was good, the housekeeper was great; however, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the air wasn’t cool enough, the sheets were stained, the bathtub was dirty, there was no hand soap, no tissue, and no Kleenex.

The front‑desk lady was very sweet and the shower water pressure was great, but the room smelled awful; I had to buy a spray to freshen it up and it didn’t help—turns out the AC unit was dumping condensation onto the carpet, soaking it and creating a musky, moldy odor in room 302.
