“Generally good.”

The location is good, the wooden interior finishes are nice, and the views of Lake George are lovely. The Wi‑Fi is very, very bad—doesn’t work in the room and barely works near the pool, and the stay rules are intimidating.

Helpful staff and a great spot, but the bed was uncomfortable and the toiletries were sub‑par.

“Stayed at the Olympian years ago and liked it, but it's changed. Disappointing.”

The check‑in guy was very friendly, the wood paneling in our room was nice, the refrigerator was a plus, the room was clean, the waterfront dock was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the lake, the large pool was good (though we didn’t use it), the shower had plenty of hot water. Beds were VERY uncomfortable and hard, sheets were clean but thin and worn, no blankets just a thin bedspread, towels were small but adequate, there was a coffee maker but no coffee, the toilet “rocked” and wasn’t attached to the floor, the air conditioner worked but was noisy, the armchair was comfortable but its upholstery could use cleaning, and there was no daily room cleaning, suggesting they’re short‑staffed.

“Good enough, not scummy but not fancy either”

The room looked tidy and had no bedbugs, came with utensils, a big fridge and freezer, plenty of parking, and a nice dock area; the pool was huge, clean, and fun. However, dust and dead bugs were on window sills and corners, one AC unit in the main living area didn’t cool the bedrooms, leaving them hot at night, the bed was not very comfy (bring blankets), the arcade had about six games with half broken, and the grumpy old fat man with a bad temper at the arcade really lowered my rating; the rest of the staff were pleasant.

Location, location, location! The staff were friendly and the property stayed clean overall.
