“Everything”
The staff were super nice, the place was quiet, and the room was ready before we arrived, but everything else was a bit disappointing.
The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but this isn’t a 4‑star hotel—it feels more like a motel and the room smelled like mold.
Location and quiet. Comfortable bed. Room wasn't cleaned the 3 days we were there and had to ask for towels, trash was not emptied those 3 days

Breakfast was great, but I had to leave the hotel because of something else.
Our room had an animal smell; turning up the air helped a little but I still had to walk around barefoot. The breakfast that morning was a disaster—everyone was making waffles because the biscuits, eggs, sausage, and other items were gone, and no one at the front desk told us. We waited about 15 minutes before we could make waffles, and when biscuits finally arrived they weren’t good. The eggs that were eventually brought out were still cold.
