The location was ideal because many tour companies offered free pick‑ups from our spot to the caves. The receptionist—our only staff contact—was unhelpful. He asked for our WhatsApp so we could text him if we needed help, but he only sent us repetitive texts to cancel our tour bookings and force us to book through him. When we reported issues like no hot water, no Wi‑Fi, and only one towel for a three‑person room, he ignored our messages. He also tried to keep our passports for the entire stay, which is unheard of elsewhere, but we managed to prevent that.

The amenities and location were okay. Breakfast could be more varied, and during check‑in the staff should explain where and when breakfast is served.
