“Would definitely come back”
The place is in a great spot, the beds were comfy, and having a fireplace and laundry on site was a nice bonus.
“Solid place to stay but not a spa.”
The property was clean and close to town, but we paid extra for a Mountain View and only got a small view that was partially blocked by surrounding buildings; calling it a spa resort was misleading since they only named it that because the master bedroom has a “spa” tub.

The underground garage fits a small SUV, the room is roomy with a fully equipped kitchen, and the fireplace is a highlight; Receptionist Joby (sorry if I got the name wrong) went above and beyond to accommodate our room request, and the location is convenient because downtown Banff is only a 20‑minute drive; Save on Food is a decent grocery spot in town. The soundproofing isn’t perfect, but we woke up early every day for our trip.
The apartment was very pleasant and clean, with a lovely view of the nearby mountains, and the location was excellent for accessing Banff National Park.
