“Un poco de amabilidad lo haría encantador”
The housekeeping was okay, but the concierge Gladys was not very friendly, even grumpy, didn’t let us in many places, and we had to leave the room keys to exit.

Just a short walk—only one minute—from the main square, this spacious hotel offers a lovely garden and nice views. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. They even arranged cheap laundry for us, which was a nice touch. Nothing else to note.

The place was stunning, and the manager, Tula, was incredibly helpful in arranging a great tour. Breakfast was fantastic, and everything else was just perfect—no complaints at all.

The hotel was nice and a bit away from the bustle. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and the balcony offered a great view. The water was pleasantly warm. Breakfast was decent and filling. The staff were friendly, and a big thank you to the lady with the purple hair for her attentiveness 😊. The only downside was that our room didn’t have blackout curtains, and the pillows felt too firm to us personally.

My family of four and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I had mixed expectations from previous reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast room was very pleasant with plenty of food that was replenished throughout the morning—just ask politely if something runs low and the staff happily restock. The staff were amazing, especially Toula (apologies if misspelled).
