The breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient with several restaurants close by.

The place was quiet and easy to reach, yet in the morning there was no hot water at all for showers or hand washing. With no hot water, management seemed indifferent, and other guests were verbally upset, making the morning of checking out a very rough experience.

The main part of the room was fine and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom needed serious attention: the ceiling was peeling, the shower drain was clogged, the vanity was broken, and the paint around the mirror had to be redone. The breakfast was quite minimal and the eating area cramped.

Being right off the exit was convenient, the free breakfast was lovely, the staff were great, and the cleanliness was excellent.
