The hotel has a unique vibe, but the grounds are pretty nice, especially for a summer break when you can hit the pool. The room felt quite cold and the only heating option was a fireplace that had no wood. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. It would be nice to have a way to warm the room.

The staff were the best. The second bed - actually, it wasn't a bed, it wasn't comfortable, and the room was actually for 2, not 4

We had an incredible experience, but what really stood out was the hotel's attention to detail in every aspect, from the beautifully designed rooms to the serene surroundings. However, our previous stays have shown us that the service can be a bit hit-or-miss, with staff trying their best but lacking a certain level of professionalism.
