L'accueil exceptionnel et la gentillesse de Valeria ! Un hébergement au top ! Le petit-déjeuner est super aussi. Valeria m'a beaucoup suivi et aidé avant, pendant et après le séjour. Le quartier est super. Vraiment une adresse hors du commun !

Valeria’s reception was exceptional. She gave us useful tips and suggestions on places to visit. The accommodation is truly great, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well situated. We really felt comfortable there.

The stay was pleasant overall. The accommodation matched the listing, was easy to find, and located in a nice, well‑served area (metro and funicular nearby, quick access to the center). Valeria is very welcoming and attentive, and she shared great local spots, especially for pizzerias. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast quality. While we understand the Italian sweet tradition, the selection is very limited and basic (biscuits, dry biscuits, a few cream pastries, croissants, basic cereals without accompaniments). The jams come in small plastic tubs… Coffee is served ahead and arrives cold, and simple items like bread, butter, milk, yogurt or fresh fruit are missing. It’s a shame because the breakfast area is nice, but the quality and variety could be greatly enhanced.
