The spot is spot‑on – just a stone’s throw from the metro – and the room was spotless. We booked the river‑view room and the scenery was breathtaking, definitely the highlight of our stay. Would gladly book again.

Having the subway right downstairs made getting around a breeze. The view from the window is unreal, looking out over the river and the city lights every night was the best part of coming back. Highly recommend.

The room was huge and offered a lovely view, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately the staff seemed a bit narrow‑minded and weren’t very flexible with requests. It left a mixed impression overall.

The hotel's location is outstanding and alone would earn it a high rating, but the building shows signs of neglect – dirty double‑height windows, squeaky doors, and a bathroom missing basic items. On the plus side, the front‑desk team was incredibly supportive when our son fell ill, guiding us to the ER and even offering to accompany us. Their care makes up for the upkeep issues, and with a few repairs the place could truly shine.
