The space was generous and the staff were friendly, but the elevator was broken and caused long waits, a false fire alarm rang in the middle of the night, I found bandaids on the floor of my room, and the toilet kept running; I asked engineering twice but they never fixed it.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking, even though parking was included.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help, but the self‑parking cost a lot and the parking deck was almost empty.

The hotel was spotless, gorgeous, and situated right next to many downtown Athens attractions, plus the parking garage was convenient.
