The location was very good, less than 5 minutes on foot from the main square. Free water, coffee and tea all day was highly appreciated. Francia, the host, was really friendly. The bathroom was private but external (in front of the room). The rooms were basic but acceptable for the price.

I was close to the city centre and the host was very kind, but the place was noisy with no soundproofing, which is common in Colombia.

Madame France was genuinely warm and sincere; her welcome made a big difference. Still, even though everything seemed spot‑on, I kept thinking it could have been a shade better—almost too perfect.
