The view was gorgeous, the bathroom stunning, and the rooms were huge.

The hotel staff completely denied that a booking had been made, claiming we had received no booking from your side.

There was nothing to like, and the experience was the worst I've had: the room was dirty, the environment unhygienic, the bed sheet, pillow cover, blanket, and quilt were all filthy, making it hard to sleep for 6‑7 hours.

The room was very dirty—pillow, blanket, and everything else were dusty and bad; I would not recommend it.
