The property is welcoming, quiet location and via Lecce, 4 minutes! The building feels a bit dated, missing important details such as complimentary shower gel, the free breakfast is very basic (packaged croissants and pod coffee), and the check‑in process leaves something to be desired! We had to wait a while despite the advance notice and several calls to inform that we were arriving.

Great spot to visit Lecce and depart for southern locations like Otranto and Leuca. Basic services lack attention: hot water off, mini fridge not working, and mediocre breakfast.

Convenient location for reaching Lecce. Check‑in was inconvenient and untimely, the fridge was disconnected upon arrival and useless (with 40 °C in summer it was impossible to get cool water), the sink didn’t work, the blankets and sheets were synthetic and unsuitable for the heat, no soap or shower gel in the shower, I tried to contact the owner who suggested using hand soap – she uses it at home, that’s it. Little privacy and the blackout curtain was useless and insufficient for the wide window; at 6 am there was already a very bright light. And the “included breakfast” was two low‑quality snacks and terrible coffee, with no fresh water in mid‑July – madness.
