“I booked for two nights and left after the first night”
It was disgusting and the advertising was misleading.
The room was in poor condition.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very polite, but the kettle was faulty, the lid could use replacement, the tap in the bathroom had a plug that wouldn’t go down, and apart from that everything was ok.
The staff greeted me warmly, but the property itself felt damp, had a cigarette odor, and the rooms looked nothing like the photos.
“Zero kerb appeal, and does not look like booking.com photos.”
They replied quickly to messages and tried to fix what they could. However, the exterior was shabby and unkempt, not what was shown online. The room had a strange odor, and a towel lay on the floor shaped like a bird until it was replaced. The floor at the entrance and in the toilet/shower room had a hole, creating a falling hazard, and the floor inside the bathroom sagged when I stood on it. The room itself was grubby, with damp and mold on the walls. No staff were on site to check me in, but the bed itself looked clean.
