The staff were very friendly and the place was clean – you can see everyone trying hard. The café was great, food was delicious with a daily theme and nothing had to wait in line; every table was spotless and ready. A lovely dinner was arranged on the beach, and the animations were nice and unobtrusive, with present but not pushy hosts. No nagging about extra paid services. The pool area was a bit cramped, yet a free lounge chair was always available. The hotel could improve by collecting trash from the path and street around the entrance.

We chose this spot because of the good reviews, and it lived up to the hype. The food was very tasty, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were all very nice.

Great hotel, super staff all very motivated and friendly, the animation was great, cleanliness top, location very good. We were very satisfied with everything during our 7‑day holiday.

The service is terrible, the cleanliness is poor, and the food is bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone book or stay there. There's nothing I can thank them for; they're stingy by all accounts.
