“Wir würden wiederkommen”
You need a car, but that should be clear beforehand. The place sits in a very quiet spot, which we loved. It’s a great starting point to explore the beautiful surroundings. The balcony view was pretty nice, and we even had a terrace and a balcony. The apartment was unbelievably large, gorgeous, and tastefully decorated. It was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The grounds were impeccably maintained and very pretty. The beds were comfortable, and there was a fantastic, very quiet air‑conditioning unit in every room. The pool was also well kept, very nice, and big enough for laps. There were even fly screens on the windows, which is great! We would have liked basic items like salt, pepper, and oil. We chose the hotel mainly because it advertised a heated pool, but it was pretty cold—just bearable 😅. Luckily the apartment was fairly sound‑proofed, but we had a super loud family next door (felt like 20 people in a flat, judging by the noise). When they were outside, we couldn’t even hear our own words on the balcony, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. We only used breakfast twice, and that was fine. We found the bistro not very cozy and quite noisy. It would be nicer if you could eat outside; there are no seating areas there. We didn’t use the gym or the restaurant because they were too far to walk, but that wasn’t a problem because we had the pool right outside the door, which was enough for our daily workout. More bins for recycling would be nice. Maybe you could put rubber nubs or something on the chairs so you can keep sleeping when the neighbors shuffle the chairs all night.
