Uma das minhas melhores experiências no Brasil. O hotel é excelente, a gerência está de nota 10. Atenção aos detalhes, cuidado com o espaço, respeito aos animais, funcionários, comida, internet, limpeza, espaço kids, tudo!

The place is wonderful, with excellent structure and cleanliness. The food was average; it could be more elaborate and varied. The dishes had little variation from one day to the next.

The hotel’s location is great. The room is very good and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner offer many options. The hotel is very pretty and pleasant. The cleanliness could be improved, both in the room’s bathroom and in the restaurant and pool areas. Also, some staff service didn’t match the hotel’s standard.

“Um lugar para descansar de verdade e se conectar com a natureza.”

The beach kiosks, the exclusive beach, the animals along the way (toucan, parrots, rabbits, etc.), the cleanliness, the sea‑view pools, the Japanese food (what an experience!), the sunrise and sunset—everything was amazing! At first we felt the staff could have been more attentive, but after we shared our feedback we were treated very well. The management and housekeeping team gave special attention to our comments, which made all the difference. We left very satisfied. 10!

“Praia e descanso”

I really liked the stay. The beach is one of the biggest highlights of the hotel: a very special place that made a difference in the experience and the pleasure of spending those days there. The food also deserves praise. I ate very well during the stay, and that was one of the points that pleased me the most. The staff are especially courteous and kind. The way they receive and treat guests makes us feel welcomed and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Another positive point is the possibility of doing tours and dives. For those who like to explore the region and enjoy the sea, they are good options to add to the program. It was a very good experience, especially for the combination of beach, good food, and careful service. The room cleanliness was lacking. I stayed six nights and during that period the bedding wasn’t changed. In addition, the daily cleaning was not thorough. On some days I wondered if the room had actually been cleaned. That was a point that stood out from the otherwise good experience with the hotel’s other services and needs more attention.
