It’s filthy, dirty, hair on the pillows, dirty bathrooms, terrible furniture… it’s a vulgar hotel. Everything is worse: the service is awful and the breakfast is terrible.

The location is unbeatable if you’re going to the Hilton for conventions, just cross the street and you’re there. On the day I arrived, after a 12‑hour trip, I put soap on my hands and when I turned on the tap no water came out! I couldn’t wash my hands or brush my teeth. I had to wait 15 minutes with soap on my hands to rinse, they gave water after 5 minutes, and I couldn’t shower until the next day. The next day the water was fine. I don’t think there was ever hot water. It was so hot that it didn’t matter anyway.

The place was comfy and in a great spot, but the room wasn’t cleaned at all during the three days I stayed.
