The overall site was good, and the staff were responsive in finding a solution for the room that didn’t match the reservation, and the bedding quality was fine; however, the furniture in the room, especially the blue piece, was in very poor taste and the room should have been brighter, the tile/mat transition in the entrance was awkward, there was no separate toilet from the bathroom, the room‑service breakfast price was exorbitant, parking was missing, and the breakfast area was not clean.

There was no hot water, the room wasn’t very clean, the iron didn’t work, the staff were friendly but forgot to point out the north for the cashier.

The infrastructure and location of the hotel are really nice, and the restaurant staff were very pleasant and professional with tasty dishes, but it’s a shame for the hotel’s image that the receptionists were extremely unpleasant, condescending, and unprofessional; we almost left and changed our plans, and they made us feel the tension between colleagues and disagreements.
