The staff were very friendly, but the room was terrible, old, musty, and had nothing to do with the pictures on the booking portal. It wasn’t worth the price and was very frustrating because it was a birthday present for my husband.

The hotel’s location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, including the Landungsbrücken, public transport, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast room is cozy and the staff are always friendly. The windows are sound‑proof, which is lucky. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. The only downside is a very loud construction site right in front of the hotel; the hotel can’t control it, but it is annoying.
