There wasn’t much to like, and the lack of amenities—no shampoo, coffee maker, ironing board or iron, hairdryer, TV remotes—was frustrating, plus the staff were rude.

The air conditioning worked well, but the staff seemed clueless, the keys kept malfunctioning and prevented entry, and there were roaches everywhere.
