Staff were very attentive and the facilities were good too. Breakfast was included, it was delicious and very complete.
The service and breakfast were fine. But because of the Guelaguetza festival the hotel price doubled… I didn't like how they were abusive to tourists.

Location: very close to the Zócalo, but not in the center's chaos. Breakfast: served at a table with a lot of detail. Everything was very tasty, and they changed the dish each day. When making the room, they included hand, body, and face towels, plus a water bottle. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious with room for stuff. Everything was perfect. If they wanted to add a plus I'd suggest a small fridge. And improve the shower water pressure.
