I stayed two separate weeks, and both rooms were very clean, as was the building and lobby. However, the beds were very uncomfortable; you could feel the springs.

Getting there was easy and the place was clean, and the room was nice. Yet there were only two towels and no washcloths, hand towels, or shower mat, and no one came to remove dirty towels or trash or bring ice buckets. I also disliked the lack of front‑desk staff and the fact that some rooms were long‑term rentals for families who let their kids run around the halls all night.

Everything is perfect and beautiful. The only downside was the kitchen.

I never actually stayed. They knew I intended to book a sister property and tried to cancel immediately, but received no reply and kept my money. They didn’t help fix the mistake and just kept the cash, showing a greedy attitude toward someone who was just trying to resolve an issue.
