“Très plaisant point de résidence pour rayonner dans Le Marche ou pour se reposer”

The owners were friendly, the welcome warm, and the old manor was beautifully renovated, with a lovely pool and garden, great overall comfort, absolute tranquility, an extraordinary view of the countryside, biblical silence, a perfect spot for a spiritual retreat. The problem was that the property had too few guests to run on‑site meals, and getting to nearby restaurants felt tedious (20 minutes each way).

What a wonderful place on a wonderful location to spend a few relaxing days in Marche. The friendly host was already waiting for us upon arrival, as were the cats of the property. It’s really a beautiful traditional guesthouse located between endless fields of sunflowers. The owners definitely have great taste of architecture and interior design. Everything feels authentic Italian. It breathes ‘la dolce vita’. Breakfast was not overwhelming but just right, with enough choice of good fresh products. We had dinner on one of the two days it was offered, and that was as great as the view from the table. Definitely worth trying. We also enjoyed the pool. The only thing we regret is not coming earlier in the season to see the fields of sunflowers in all their glory. :)
