Everything was perfect and the staff were very attentive to details: cleanliness, friendliness, great location and view. We were able to check in early and leave late, all was fantastic! The only negative was that the room door didn’t feel very solid.

The location was great and easy to get around from, the beds were very comfortable, and it was a good transit spot for activities and day trips. The door felt light when closing.

I didn’t like anything because they scammed me; they called saying the hotel had a problem and offered a different place or a refund. I didn’t want to look for a place myself, so I agreed. On the day of arrival, it turned out there was no reservation for the new hotel, meaning the transfer wasn’t booked, and my daughter was left on the street! Zero organization, they scammed me! They supposedly made a replacement at another hotel, but there was no reservation! My daughter was left on the street… after negotiations through the booking platform we managed to buy a new place at the new hotel.

The location, the price, and the cleanliness were good, but I didn’t like having to retrieve a key from a lockbox to enter my room.

We got a refund from Booking, but we found someone sleeping in our room when we arrived and decided to leave even after a different room was offered because it could happen again the next day.
