The staff were very friendly and accommodating with requests like late check‑out and luggage storage.

The room was good and the staff were friendly, but the downtown location is marred by too many addicts nearby, and the room’s soundproofing needs a lot of improvement.

The service was superb—people at reception were very helpful, smiling, and professional, and Mr. Chris deserves praise for his professionalism.
