The staff overall was spectacular—thanks a lot for that. The hotel beds were a bit hard and there was a lot of noise from doors; even a little dog was whining, and when it went out for a walk it was one of those dogs.

They cancelled my reservation arbitrarily, and on their website they say they have free cancellation, yet once the reservation was made they asked me to transfer the payment. I paid in person and still they cancelled at the last minute on September 18, and I couldn’t find another place.

Terrible experience. They cancelled my reservation arbitrarily on the same day I was arriving with my family to celebrate September 18, and because of the date there were clearly no other accommodation options.

The nature is nice. There was goose poop outside the room, and the bedroom was very small for a hotel and for the price.
