“Presque parfait.”
The hotel is visible from the train station and sits in the city center, which is convenient for visiting tourist spots. The staff don’t speak English, but with a translation app it’s easy to communicate. The very kind staff truly go the extra mile for guests. I arrived in the morning, left my luggage at reception, and by evening it was already in my room. Breakfast is good, plentiful, varied, and unlimited. In the evening there are cheap meals available. Two washing machines (200 y) and two dryers (100 y for 30 min) are available; laundry can be purchased at reception for 100 y. The only issue was the strong tobacco smell in the room. I asked for the window to be opened the next day to ventilate as much as possible since we couldn’t open it ourselves for safety reasons; it was done. The carpet is old, worn, and that’s why it retains bad odors.
