“Do not book this hotel”
This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. Shortly after check‑in, a staff member forced his way into my room with a second, unidentified man and stayed for 10–15 minutes despite my repeated objections. He falsely claimed to be a police officer, repeated the claim multiple times, and made discriminatory, false accusations against my guest based on his nationality and dress. My guest was ordered to leave even though he had valid identification on him the entire time. On top of that, at check‑in the staff told me card payment was “not possible” and that they had no change for cash, instead directing me to transfer the full payment to a personal mobile phone number rather than any verified hotel or platform payment channel—a major red flag that should concern anyone booking here. I left the property early, shaken and humiliated, after only a few hours of a one‑night stay. When I raised this with the platform, the property falsely claimed I had never checked in at all, despite having full payment proof. If you value your safety, your dignity, or your money, do not stay here.
