They let you store luggage before and after check‑in and check‑out. In the room the air conditioner didn’t work, couldn’t be turned off, and when we told them they didn’t fix it, they suggested we cover it with towels because there was no maintenance staff or another room available. The TV remote also didn’t work and they didn’t replace it.

My name is Ismel Ortega, I stayed for one night on 18 September, and they charged me a $50 deposit that they promised to return the next day when I checked out, which turned out to be false; I'm writing this on 2 October and still haven't received my $50 back. They have been disrespectful, taking over two weeks to return the $50 deposit that was charged unnecessarily; after a single night and a quick departure, the normal procedure would be a refund within 24 hours—this is a simple transaction that should have been completed immediately; there is no justification for holding my money for weeks, making it a very bad experience.
