When I booked, breakfast was advertised as included, yet when we arrived only half of us ate and we were told we would be charged over $100 for toast, bagels, and juice—something never explained, while the original booking promised it was free. Additionally, locating the entrance and parking was difficult. The upfront costs were a surprise.

We were told our room would be on the 4th floor, so we took the elevator only to find it was in the rundown building across the parking lot. The staff failed to inform us that there was no room in the main hotel; we would have chosen another place if we had known. The room’s toilet was backed up and the windows were dirty, falling short of our expectations.

The restaurant food was good and the staff were very friendly, but the room itself was dirty, had an old carpet, and felt gross for the price we paid. The hotel was unacceptable, and the bar was infested with fruit flies.

The location was great—right on the beach and within walking distance of a water‑taxi stop. The food was good, the staff friendly, the bed comfortable, and the pool nice. No negatives to report.
