The location was right in the center, but the staff were in a bad mood, the breakfast had very little variety, the service was poor, and only the daytime staff were friendly.

The place was in a good spot, yet the sheets were dirty, the curtain was torn, the pillows were sagging and dirty, the towels were stained, and at check‑out they wouldn’t print the receipt; they sent it via WhatsApp instead. I had already paid three times through Booking and never received the invoice, which is essential for travelers.
