The staff were friendly and helpful, I enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the air conditioner worked well, yet the cleanliness was very poor—bedding smelled musty, the bathroom had a lot of mould and an unpleasant odor.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with a huge spread of both local and Western options. The room was also super comfortable. However, the laundry service was ridiculously expensive.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was massive, with all sorts of Western options to boot. The rooms were spacious, and we even got to check out early with a take-away breakfast. If only the pool had been a bit bigger.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the aircon in our room was pretty useless, and the bathroom door was broken.

We had a good stay here, with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfy room. Plus, the location is right in the middle of the city. The only downside was that the towels and bathmat were pretty gross and needed to be replaced.
