The staff is very friendly and efficient. Is not sound proof, I can hear loud noise from other side of the room. The aircond is not cold, sometimes don’t even have cold wind. The toilet door unable to shut, the toilet have stain that make it look dirty

“4 star room, 1 star hospitality”

The room itself was nice, but the hospitality was terrible; the receptionist named Acha was insolent, cocky, and utterly unprofessional. Dear manager, please train your staff better in knowledge, attitude, manners, and professionalism.

The breakfast was good, but the room was not clean: the toilet paper wasn’t refilled, there was a large piece of someone’s stuff in the bathroom, a leak had occurred, and the lime deposits were not removed—this is unacceptable.

The room was filthy, the bed was damp, there were cockroaches and a thousand-legged worm, the pillows and towels smelled awful like they hadn’t been washed in ages, and the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to address the mess. I won’t stay there again.

“역대급 최악의 경험”

There was absolutely nothing positive to mention; the building may look flashy, but the substance was missing. For six days we dealt with cockroaches every single day, the bedding and bathroom cleanliness were terrible, and breakfast consisted of rock‑hard pancakes and cold noodles. I can’t understand how this is rated as a three‑star hotel—avoid it completely.
