The owner was friendly and the view of Kronplatz was great. From the booking the photos were of a different apartment than the one we finally got, and the price should be adjusted a bit. The TV was in a non‑Italian language. Cleaning was good.

The location was excellent, the area was quiet, the owner was kind and helpful, the apartment was spacious, and the kitchen supplies were adequate. The value for money was great. Cleaning could be better: the bathroom was clean, but the rest of the house needed a more thorough clean.

Owner Mr. Erich is a really nice person, very available and kind. The property sits on a small hill in Riscone with a splendid view of Kronplatz. There might be a few bothersome flies because of the cow farm, but if you love nature you can easily overlook it.
