The stay was terrible; breakfast was awful, the staff were unprofessional and disrespectful, they were unfriendly, and they argued over the slightest question; the facilities were poor, room‑service cleaning was subpar; the only bright spot was that the entrance and floor were neat. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was spotless, and the hotel crew was fantastic, but the shower cabin should have a handheld sprayer instead of just a fixed overhead head.

The reception was truly awful. As soon as we arrived, my kids were a little excited and made some noise, and the hotel manager came over and told them to stop immediately in a tone that made me very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave, and if I had the option to cancel my reservation I would have. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. The service was mediocre and the breakfast was disappointing. There were no umbrellas or chairs on the terrace, even though it was advertised. Moreover, the housekeeping staff came to clean the room, but the sheets were not changed.
