The location was great, yet breakfast was cold sausage and biscuit, and we ran out of coffee with no one nearby to refill it.

The staff treated us warmly, the room had a pleasant scent, and it was very clean.

I appreciated the customer service, enjoyed the breakfast bar and indoor pool, and it’s only a 2‑minute walk to Huddle House, but the hot tub was out of order.

When I pulled the sheet off, it wasn’t clean—it had blood stains on the bed—and I paid for an extra day but never got a refund.
