I booked an AC room, but the AC was broken; the fan either ran at full speed or not at all. There was no toilet kit—no brush, paste, or towel. I had to wait 30 minutes for hot water, and the bed and pillows were shabby.

It was a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff were excellent, available whenever you need them.

There was no breakfast at all, and the information given was false. Nothing was good; it was overpriced, worth 500 rs or less.

The best hotel in Panchgani, the host was the best, I loved the stay. Everything was very good, I loved my stay.
