The exterior door wouldn't close, so we had to leave it open; luckily nobody was on our floor.

A simple, old large apartment split into separate units in the Spanish Quarter. Communicating with the host is very easy—just call, email, or WhatsApp and everything gets sorted quickly. The cleanliness is excellent and the bed in the smaller room is very comfortable. There's a kettle, tea, and coffee, but everything is basic. It works well for a 1–2 day stay if you love the Spanish Quarter. The building has no lift, so you climb many stairs to reach the third floor. A small wardrobe and two chairs would be nice if available. The bathroom drain system is loud, but if the second room is unoccupied and the other guest isn’t using the bathroom, the noise is less annoying—just a bit.

Chambre très agréable dans un bel immeuble ancien. Très calme et bien meublée, idéalement située dans le quartier dei Spagnoli. Notre hôte Francesca nous a fourni tous les détails et a été très sympathique
